このたび、ライトハウス創業者・前会長の込山 洋一が、2025年9月8日 午前4時30分（アメリカ西海岸時間）に永眠いたしました（享年59）。
ここに生前のご厚誼に深く感謝申し上げるとともに、関係者の皆さまにお知らせいたします。

葬儀について
ご遺族の意向により、関係者およびご縁のある方々へ下記の通りご案内いたします。
日時：2025年10月4日（土）午後3時〜午後5時（この時間帯にご自由に焼香いただけます）
場所：曹洞宗北米別院禅宗寺（123 South Hewitt St., Los Angeles, CA 90012）
出欠連絡は不要です。席数に限りがありますので、どうぞご了承ください。
オンライン配信：故人のご縁の方は海外にも多数おられるため、オンライン配信を行います。視聴方法（配信リンク・視聴手順等）が決まり次第、本ページにてお知らせします。
※ 会場の駐車場について：お寺の駐車場には台数に限りがございます。駐車場が満車の場合は、近隣の有料駐車場のご利用、および相乗りのご検討をお願いいたします。会場周辺の交通事情にご配慮ください。

Obituary: Yoichi Komiyama — Funeral Notice
It is with deep sorrow that we inform you that Yoichi Komiyama, founder and former Chairman of Lighthouse, passed away on September 8, 2025 at 4:30 a.m. Pacific Time (U.S.), at the age of 59. We express our heartfelt gratitude for the kindness he received during his life and hereby notify those who were connected with him.

Funeral
In accordance with the wishes of the family, we provide the following information for associates and those who had connections with Mr. Komiyama.
Date & Time: Saturday, October 4, 2025 — 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (You may offer incense at any time during this period.)
Location: Zenshuji Soto Mission (123 South Hewitt St., Los Angeles, CA 90012)
Seating capacity is limited so we appreciate your understanding. No RSVP is required.
Online streaming: Because many of Mr. Komiyama’s friends and associates live overseas, the service will be streamed. Viewing details (streaming link and instructions) will be posted on this page as soon as they are finalized.
※ Parking at the venue: The temple’s parking lot has a limited number of spaces. If the lot is full, please consider using nearby paid parking facilities or carpooling. We ask for your consideration regarding traffic and parking in the area.
