オーロラ日本語奨学金基金は、「第21回米国高校生による日本語スピーチコンテスト全米大会」を開催いたします。

趣旨：米国で日本語を学習しているノンネイティブの高校生に全米レベルでの日本語によるスピーチの発表の場を提供し，相互の研鑽を図ると共に、日本語学習者の学習意欲を高め、日本ならびに日本文化の理解を深めてもらうことを目的とします。
The Japanese Language Scholarship Foundation will host the 21st Annual All-USA High School Japanese Speech Contest.

The contest will provide opportunities for young learners of Japanese to make presentations in Japanese and to inspire more students to improve their proficiency in Japanese. It is also hoped that the contest will encourage students to further their understanding of Japan, its people, and its culture.
選考方法 / Selection Process: 5分間のスピーチおよび審査員による日本語インタビューを実施し，厳正な審査のもと 優勝者が決定します。
Participants will deliver a five-minute speech followed by a Japanese-language interview conducted by the judges. The winner will be selected through a rigorous evaluation process.

主催団体 / Aurora Foundation: オーロラ日本語奨学金基金（Aurora Foundation ）は、 1998 年に阿岸明子により設立された 米国の非営利団体（501(c)(3) ）です。日本語教育に携わる米国市民や大学院生に対し、日本での生 活・研修機会を提供する奨学金事業を通じて、日本語教育の向上と日本文化への理解促進に寄与し ています。
The Aurora Foundation (Japanese Language Scholarship Foundation) is a U.S.-based non-profit organization (501(c)(3)) established in 1998 by Dr. Akiko Agishi. The foundation provides scholarships to U.S. citizens who are Japanese language teachers or graduate students in Japanese language education, offering them opportunities to live and study in Japan. Through these programs, the foundation aims to enhance Japanese language education and promote a deeper understanding of Japanese culture.
