１ 現地時間３月２２日、米国国務省は、全世界の米国民向けの渡航情報として、中東以外も含め、米国の外交施設が標的とされてきたことに触れ、世界各地の米国や米国人に関連する施設がイランを支持する勢力の標的になる可能性があるとして、世界各地、特に中東地域に在留する米国民に対し、最寄りの米国大使館及び総領事館が発出する安全情報に留意するよう注意喚起を発出しました。
２ 中東情勢の悪化を受け、中東地域以外においても、不測の事態が発生する可能性が排除されません。最新情報を収集し、周囲の状況に普段以上に注意してください。
３ 特に、中東地域に滞在中の方は、引き続き複数の情報源から中東情勢の滞在国への影響等の可能性やフライト情報を含む最新情報を収集し、軍事施設等に近づかない、軍事施設や攻撃被害等の写真・動画撮影をしない等、自らの安全確保に努めてください。
４ 海外渡航の際には、万一に備え、家族や友人、職場等に日程や渡航先での連絡先を伝えておくようにしてください。併せて、渡航先の最新の安全情報や緊急時の現地在外公館からの連絡を受け取ることができるよう、「たびレジ」に必ず登録してください。（３か月以上滞在される方は、在留届を提出してください。）（ https://www.ezairyu.mofa.go.jp/index.html ）

Event: The Department of State advises Americans worldwide, and especially in the Middle East, to exercise increased caution. Americans abroad should follow the guidance in security alerts issued by the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate. Periodic airspace closures may cause travel disruptions. U.S. diplomatic facilities, including outside the Middle East, have been targeted. Groups supportive of Iran may target other U.S. interests overseas or locations associated with the United States and/or Americans throughout the world.
